We have been receiving information of suspicious activity in Bridport and surrounding villages, where people are trying handles of property and vehicles.  We advise people to ensure properties and vehicles are kept secure, no items of value are left inside unattended vehicles and keys to vehicles are left in a secure location.

We advise to consider security, such as doorbell cameras/CCTV, which have the capability to alert you at the detection of movement.  If you are alerted to suspicious activity, call us at the time on 101, or 999 if you believe a crime is in progress.
