Officers investigating a break-in to a residential property are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

The incident occurred at 1.45 a.m. on Wednesday the 16th of April.  A white male entered this property via the kitchen door before being disturbed and bundled out by the owner.  The male is described as white, approximately 30-40 years of age, 5'10" tall with brown/green eyes and dark brown greasy hair.  He was wearing a dark coloured hoodie with a dark grey scarf wrapped around his face.
