Officers investigating a break-in to a residential property are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

The incident occurred at 6.01 a.m. on Thursday the 17th of April.  A window to the front door of this property was smashed in an attempt to gain entry by a male aged in his 20's, approximately 5'8" tall and wearing black clothing.  He fled when he was confronted by the owner.
