🚓💙 Bournemouth Town Team Weekly Update 💙🚓

It's been another busy week for your Bournemouth Town Team, working hard to keep our town centre and local communities safe. 👮‍♂️👮‍♀️

👣 Officers have completed numerous hours of high-visibility foot patrols across Bournemouth Town Centre and Westbourne, providing reassurance to residents, visitors and businesses.

🚫 Multiple Section 35 Dispersal Notices have been issued to individuals involved in antisocial behaviour. We want to send a clear message that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated, and we will continue to take positive action against those causing disruption in our community.

🚬 Yesterday, officers arrested a male on suspicion of multiple offences and seized thousands of pounds worth of illegal cigarettes as part of ongoing proactive enforcement activity.

⛔ Another individual was arrested for breaching a restraining order, helping to safeguard victims and ensure offenders are held accountable.

💊 Officers also arrested an individual for drug-related offences. Drug use and drug-related activity in Bournemouth Town will not be tolerated, and we remain committed to tackling these offences robustly and bringing offenders to justice.

✅ Thank you to everyone who continues to report concerns and provide information to us. Your support helps us keep Bournemouth a safer place to live, work and visit.

📞 Report crime or antisocial behaviour via 101 or online. In an emergency, always call 999.
